Free shipping from 100 € within the Federal Republic of Germany, of whom we charge € 6.50. For other countries you can get information on the page "and payment" on the exact shipping costs.

Errors and omissions are expressly reserved.

Retention of Title:

The delivered goods until complete payment of all costs the seller's property. The buyer may obtained under retention of title pledge until full payment to third parties or pledge as security.

Performance for all obligations under the supply contract is Bad Griesbach / Weng.
Jurisdiction is Passau.

Damage

For shipping damage insurance claim exists only if you can certify the damage upon delivery by the Post Office or the carrier. We can not spare enough, make the industry average for individual, korkkranke bottles since Korkfehler is an unavoidable risk. We also receive compensation from any manufacturer.

Withdrawal

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline expires - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receipt of the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 draft Law, as well as our duties according to § 312g, paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB.

Consequences

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any benefits derived (eg interest) surrendered.
